Mr. Landgraf joined INSTEC's four-person team in 1982 and built it into a 100-employee operation before being named CEO in 1988. Prior to INSTEC, Mr. Landgraf was President of ListProcessing Company (LPC), now a subsidiary of Pitney-Bowes. In two years, Mr. Landgraf grew the direct mail and processing services firm from a one product and $500,000 revenue to $4 million revenue from multiple products. Prior to LPC, Mr. Landgraf coordinated both sales and technical development at Pansophic and was instrumental in the development of the product PANVALET, a direct access Library Program Management System.
