Donald Gould, Jr. is Chief Financial Officer, where he has primary responsibility for the financial management of the company including oversight of all human resource, legal and corporate governance aspects of SendTec.
Donald joined SendTec in 2000 from VitalCast where he served as chief financial officer and vice president of Business Development. Before joining VitalCast, he was vice president of finance and chief financial officer of HealthPlan Services, Inc. where he completed four acquisitions with a combined market value of over $250 million and grew the company from $100 million to $300 million in revenue. Prior to that, he served as a managing director of Geneva Capital Markets providing mergers and acquisitions consulting services to $5 to $60 million companies. Donald began his career with Arthur Andersen (Atlanta) in their tax division, specializing in corporate and estate work.
Donald holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Virginia. |
