Donald Gayhardt has served as Dollar Financial's President since December 1998 and Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2004. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1993 to1997. In addition, he joined the company’s board as a director in 1990. Prior to joining Dollar Financial, Mr. Gayhardt was employed by Bear Stearns from 1988 to 1993 as an Associate Director in the Principal Activities Group, where he had oversight responsibility for the financial and accounting functions at a number of manufacturing, distribution and retailing firms, including Dollar Financial. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Mr. Gayhardt held positions in the mergers and acquisitions advisory and accounting fields. |
