Don Fudge directs the project managers of the Northeast Regional Building Energy Codes Project and the project manager for the High Performance Schools Exchange. Previously he served as NEEP's High Performance Schools manager and directed NEEP's Training and Education activities.
Don is responsible for strategic and yearly Project and Exchange planning, communication and contact with constituencies, presentations and training program development and delivery and Project evaluation and reporting.
Don brings to NEEP 35 years in K-12 education starting as a teacher, moving through several administrative positions and ending as Head of School at three independent schools. In these positions he was responsible for curriculum development, teacher training and evaluation. In eleven years as a management consultant to schools, Don specialized in strategic planning, student enrollment planning, and facilities planning. As Senior Consultant, he researched and wrote articles for newsletters, trained and mentored new consultants, and designed, developed and taught a number of successful one-day workshops around the country. Don received a bachelor's degree in architecture from Princeton University and a master's degree in history from The Maxwell School of Syracuse University. |
