Donald originates, underwrites and negotiates permanent debt, bridge debt, mezzanine debt and equity transactions for clients of Johnson Capital Partners of Arizona, L.L.C. He has over 25 years of experience in the fields of commercial real estate finance and investment. Prior to joining the firm in May 1999, Donald held senior lending positions with Heller Financial, GE Capital and Amresco Capital. He also spent six years as executive officer for a publicly traded commercial mortgage REIT. He holds a real estate broker’s license in the states of Arizona and California. A long-time resident of the Phoenix area, Donald is a graduate of Arizona State University’s College of Business. He is a member of ICSC and the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council and serves on the Fiesta Bowl committee. |
