Donald V. Weir has served as a Director of CBIZ since August, 2003. Mr. Weir, has served as a private equity fund manager with Sanders Morris Harris since 1999, and was CFO and a Board member of publicly held Deeptech International and two subsidiaries, Tatham Offshore and Leviathan Gas Pipeline Company, both of which are also public companies. Prior to his employment with Deeptech, Mr. Weir worked for eight years with Sugar Bowl Gas Corporation, as Controller and Treasurer and later in a consulting capacity. Mr. Weir began his career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse in 1964 after earning a BBA from West Virginia University. |
