Donald P. Greenberg has served as a member of our board of directors since 1996. Dr. Greenberg has been a professor at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, for the past 39 years. He is the Jacob Gould Sherman professor of computer graphics and the director of the computer graphics program at Cornell University. In 1987, Dr. Greenberg received the ACM SIGGRAPH Steven A. Coons award for outstanding creative contributions to computer graphics and in 1991 was named a member of the National Academy of Engineering. He was the founding director of the National Science Foundation's Science and Technology Center for Computer Graphics and Scientific Visualization.
Dr. Greenberg currently serves on the board of directors of Chyron Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of digital equipment for the broadcast industry. |
