Donald M. Meyer
Profile : Donald M. Meyer is a partner of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, where is a member of the Business Services, Federal and State Tax Law, Executive and Employee Benefits and Health Law Groups. In his diverse practice, he works with public and private companies, large and small nonprofit organizations, health care providers, public schools and colleges, ESOPs and other ERISA plans, as well as executives and sole proprietors. Mr. Meyer provides his legal knowledge and advice to these clients with respect to their assorted business, tax and benefits needs, while also serving in a general counsel capacity for various clients. When necessary, he represents them before the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor, the Indiana Department of Revenue and other government agencies.
