As Executive Vice President for Duke Realty Corporation’s Mid-East Region, Don holds complete responsibility for the Company’s Indianapolis, Columbus, Cincinnati, Nashville and Cleveland portfolios, which comprise more than 47 million square feet and the potential development of more than 1,700 acres of undeveloped land.
Previously, as Senior Vice President of Columbus Operations, Don was responsible for all development and asset management activities for the Columbus, Ohio market.
Under Don’s leadership, Duke established itself as a leading office and industrial developer in Columbus. He assembled a team that delivers creative facility solutions, including design/build construction projects, build-to-suits for lease or ownership, and leases within established business parks.
Prior to joining Duke, Don was a broker with Cushman & Wakefield, a national real estate firm, and held management positions with American Hospital Supply Corporation.
Don earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio in 1982. Present and past community service includes membership on the Fore Hope Board of Trustees, the Dublin City Schools Business Advisory Council, the Columbus Symphony Orchestra Board of Trustees and the Marburn Academy Board of Trustees. |
