Donald H. LaLiberte, CPA, MSA is a partner with Carlin, Charron & Rosen, LLP. He is a graduate of Plymouth State College and received his Master of Science in Accounting from Bentley College. Mr. LaLiberte has more than 12 years of experience working with closely-held businesses and technology startups. Prior to working at CCR, he worked for Gately & Associates, P.C. as a partner in the audit department until the firm merged with Carlin, Charron & Rosen, LLP in May 2002. Before joining Gately, he worked for eight years as an audit manager at Arthur Andersen, LLP and spent two years as a principal with a local accounting firm in Southeastern Massachusetts. Mr. LaLiberte's areas of expertise include audits of closely-held corporations and high tech companies, tax planning and tax compliance for emerging businesses, audits of profit sharing plans, mergers and acquisitions and litigation support. Mr. LaLiberte is a certified public accountant in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Mr. LaLiberte is the Chairperson of the Town of Berkley Finance Committee and Treasurer for a variety of nonprofit organizations. |
