As Chairman, Asia Pacific and Human Capital Solutions at Hudson Highland Group, Don Bielinski is responsible for operations in Asia Pacific, including Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, China and Japan, and is in charge of the strategic direction and business operations of the company’s strategic business units, including the Hudson Highland Center for High Performance, Hudson Inclusion Solutions and Hudson Human Capital Solutions.
Prior to joining Hudson Highland Group, Mr. Bielinski was President and CEO of Exostar, a D.C.-based technology services firm, where he successfully attained breakeven status for the company in less than two years through sales growth and expense control.
He also served for more than 25 years at W.W. Grainger, Inc., a Fortune 500 facilities maintenance supplier and distributor. During his tenure at Grainger, Mr. Bielinski held increasingly responsible roles including, Group President, Chief Financial Officer and SVP, Marketing and Sales.
Mr. Bielinski has served on the board of directors of Exostar, Herndon, VA, and Works, Inc., Austin, TX. He serves on the Alumni Advisory Board of Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, as well as the University of Illinois, Chicago, Business Advisory Council.
In March 2000, he was named one of the top 25 business-to-business e-commerce revolutionaries by B to B magazine.
Mr. Bielinski received a B.S. from the University of Illinois and an MBA, with distinction, from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. |
