Donald Walkovik joined Sullivan & Cromwell in 1973 and has been a partner since 1981. He is a member of the Firm's General Practice Group. The principal emphasis of his practice has been corporate finance, including regular advice to broker-dealer and corporate clients regarding United States securities law matters. Mr. Walkovik has been the principal Sullivan & Cromwell lawyer in charge of several hundred securities offerings. Mr. Walkovik has been the partner in charge of S&C's work on major projects in Asia, Africa and North America. He was the managing partner of the Firm's Hong Kong Office from 1992 through 1997, the Practice Coordinator for the Firm's Corporate Reorganization Group from 1990 through 1992 and one of the managing partners of the General Practice Group from 1989 to 1990. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, New York County Lawyers' Association, New York State Bar Association, and the International Bar Association.
