With over twenty years of executive recruiting experience, Don Heneghan has managed search assignments for a variety of clients, including industrial and consumer products companies, systems and software developers, foreign-owned multinationals and travel/hospitality. Don has extensive expertise in recruiting senior level executives for virtually all finance and accounting functions and is director of the firm’s finance and accounting practice area.
Recognized as one of the leading search consultants in America, Don is listed in The New Career Makers: North America’s Top 250 Executive Recruiters. Prior to joining the firm in 1991, he served as partner-in-charge of the Great Lakes Region executive search practice for Ernst & Young.
