Labor and Employment
Dona Nutini has been devoted to defending employers in employment discrimination and other matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, Arizona Civil Rights Division, U.S. Department of Labor and in the courts. She has also represented employers in connection with union organizing drives, collective bargaining and all aspects of traditional labor law. Other client services include advising employers on general business issues, preventive strategies, personnel policies, employment contracts, non-compete and trade secret matters, and employee and manager training. Litigation experience includes administrative proceedings, state and federal court matters, and commercial and labor arbitrations.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Nutini worked at the National Labor Relations Board, including three years as staff counsel to board members in Washington, DC, followed by five years as a field attorney in the Philadelphia regional office, and then returning to Washington, D.C. headquarters as a trial attorney in the Division of Enforcement. She has handled a myriad of substantive unfair labor practice issues, as well as investigations, elections and election-related proceedings, and trials.
