Thibeau's work experience also includes co-founding DashWorks, Inc., a content syndication application service provider specializing in hosting audio and video content for access via the Web. He had also spent a decade at The Eastman Kodak Company where he managed government and commercial marketing and sales functions, including commercial and consumer product marketing for new digital imaging product lines.
