Don is a Managing Director at Versant Ventures, a leading healthcare focused, venture capital firm. Don has been involved as a first round investor and Board Member in over 20 companies, and as one of the pioneer investors in the healthcare service segment, Don has developed a widely successful model for early stage health service investing. Prior to Versant, Don led Crosspoint Venture Partners’ healthcare investing effort for 11 years. He also was CEO of Infusion Systems, a former Crosspoint investment, where he directed the development, manufacturing and marketing of disposable medical delivery devices. Don also held positions in business development and marketing with Dynatech and Eastman Kodak. He holds a B.A. from Union College and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. |
