Mr. Barlow has 15 years of multi-faceted experience in the telecommunications industry. He comes to OpSource with a proven track record for improving customer satisfaction by leveraging people, process and technology with a relentless focus on improving speed and quality of service.
Before joining OpSource, Mr. Barlow was a managing director at Unisys where he was responsible for leading technical sales and execution of complex systems integration initiatives for the US and foreign wire line & wireless carrier industry as well as the US cable industry.
Prior to that, he spent ten years with Qwest (previously LCI) where he rose to the level of vice president through three acquisitions. Mr. Barlow held key leadership positions in engineering, business & technology development, product development and sales operations. In his final three years with Qwest, he led the definition, development and deployment of an industry-leading, web-based approach to SFA, CRM, customer self-service and quote-to-cash automation, ultimately adopted by millions of users.
Mr. Barlow began his industry career with MCI where he held various management positions in engineering and operations. Prior to that, he served as a US Infantry officer, attaining the rank of captain, and is a decorated combat veteran of the first gulf war.Mr. Barlow graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree. |
