R. Don Morris has served as a director of the Company since October 2002. Mr. Morris became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Michaels Stores, Inc. in January 1990, and in August 1990 he became an Executive Vice President. Mr. Morris retired from Michaels Stores in 1997. In 1998 he joined the Board of Directors of Jumbo Sports Inc. and served on its Audit and Compensation Committees during its time of bankruptcy. Mr. Morris began his career at Arthur Young & Company, an international accounting firm, where he retired as partner in 1988. Mr. Morris graduated from Texas Tech University with an M.B.A. in 1962. |
