Mr. Staloch has experience performing hundreds of valuations since joining Chartwell in 1999. His experience includes valuations of operating and asset holding entities including corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. While Mr. Staloch has performed valuations for many different purposes, he specializes in the valuation of closely held equity interests for gift and estate tax purposes. In addition to performing valuations of operating entities, Mr. Staloch manages Chartwell's valuation practice involving asset holding entities which are typically structured as limited partnerships and limited liability companies (LLCs). Mr. Staloch has done extensive market research on partnerships trading in the secondary markets through various brokers and securities firms. He has provided valuation services for entities holding real estate, marketable debt and equity securities, closely held equity, partnership interests, notes and other assets. Mr. Staloch also has valuation experience with Employee Stock Ownership Plans, buy sell agreements and other corporate matters. Prior to joining Chartwell, Mr. Staloch performed residential and commercial real estate valuations. Mr. Staloch is an Accredited Senior Appraiser. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas. |
