Dominic F. Silvester has served as a director and the Chief Executive Officer of Castlewood since its formation in 2001. In 1993, Mr. Silvester began a business venture in Bermuda to provide run-off services to the insurance and reinsurance industry. In 1995, the business was assumed by Castlewood Limited. Mr. Silvester was engaged as Chief Executive Officer of Castlewood Limited. From 1988 until 1993, Mr. Silvester served as the Chief Financial Officer of Anchor Underwriting Managers Limited. Prior to joining Anchor, he was a Vice President at Adams and Porter (Bermuda) Limited and was a senior auditor in the Bermuda office of Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Silvester will serve as a Class III director of Enstar Group Limited. |
