Domingo has over 17 years of extensive management experience as a key executive and senior manager for both start-up companies and large corporations. Most recently he was VP of Engineering at MobiTV responsible for Development, Quality Assurance, and Operations. Previously, he was VP of Engineering at Siebel Systems responsible for the development of Siebel's core technology framework and components used as the foundation of scalable enterprise-level applications. Prior to Siebel, he was VP of Engineering at Savi Technology where he served as technical and management leader for the conception, design, implementation, and deployment of radio frequency tracking systems (RFID systems). He has an Electrical Engineer degree from the University of Chile, and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, an M.S. in Computer Science, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. |
