Dmitry A. Pleskonos is the Executive Vice President, Business Development in the CIS. Mr. Pleskonos joined VimpelCom in 2004 as Sales Director. Within a year and a half he managed to successfully implement best western sales practices in the company. In January, 2006 Dmitry Pleskonos was appointed General Manager for the Moscow region, and in January, 2007 he was promoted to the Vice-President position.
From 1993 to 2004 Dmitry Pleskonos worked for Mars Inc., where he made an excellent career in sales. Mr. Pleskonos graduated with honors from Kiev Higher Military School of Radio-Engineering and Air Defense, majoring in radio engineering and from the Military Diplomatic Academy.
