R. Dixon Thayer is CHDM’s Chief Executive Officer and has served on the Board of Directors since April 2003. In his role as CEO, Mr. Thayer provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of CHDM’s mission, strategy, and annual goals and objectives. Mr. Thayer has more than 25 years of experience in direct leadership of line management. Prior to joining CHDM, he founded and served as senior partner of ab3 Resources, Inc., a strategic consulting and private equity investment company. In addition, Mr. Thayer completed the leveraged buyout of Ford Motor Company’s GreenLeaf Auto Recycling division and serves on its Board. From 1992-2002, Mr. Thayer held instrumental positions with Ford Motor Company, Sunbeam International Division, Kimberly Clark and AFH Europe -- Scott Paper Company. In addition, Mr. Thayer served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Provant Consulting Companies, where he helped lead the merger and integration of several independent consultancies and training companies into the largest publicly traded company of its type. |
