Dirk Gosda is the President of Sunrise Company’s Colorado Division. In addition to being responsible for overall operations of Sunrise Company in Colorado, Mr. Gosda is also responsible for the acquisition of properties that meet the Sunrise Company criteria. Previously, Mr. Gosda served as the President of the Las Vegas and Houston Divisions for Sunrise and was instrumental in moving Sunrise into those new regions. Before joining Sunrise Company in 1997, Mr. Gosda spent over ten years as Founder and President of Jesbet Corp., the managing partner in Northlake, a 1,600-acre land development project in Los Angeles County, California. While there, he was responsible for all aspects of pre-development engineering, land planning and successful entitlement of the property for a 3,983 unit, master-planned, golf course community. During his career, Mr. Gosda has served in many civic, charitable and political capacities including Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation Commissioner and President of the Los Angeles County Chamber of Commerce. He has also served on the Board of Trustees for the Castaic Union School District and Chairman of the North County Transportation Coalition. Mr. Gosda has received numerous awards for his civic endeavors including the Melvin Jones Award from the Lion’s Club and Man of The Year in 1992 by the Los Angeles County Chamber of Commerce.
