Dion has over 15 years of experience in restructuring investment banking and lending. He has worked in a wide variety of industries ranging from aerospace to utilities with a particular focus on asset intensive industries such as transportation healthcare and manufacturing. He has raised capital in excess of $1 B through both public and private placement financings. Dion has also analyzed and structured mergers and acquisitions on both the buy and sell side.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron Dion worked for Glass & Associates. Previously he was involved in evaluating and implementing process and control improvements as well as assisting with upgrading the financial systems capabilities of a Fortune 500 foods and beverage company.

Civic Involvement
