Dinesh brings 14 years of Information Technology experience in diverse functions including Project Management, Recruiting, Resource Management and Offshore Development. He has significant exposure in the management and operation of large Offshore Development Centers (ODC) in India as well Offsite Development centers in the US. At Entegram, Dinesh is responsible for managing the consulting practice, which involves recruiting, training, mentoring, resource utilization & planning, and managing offshore engagements. He is a member of the Entegram Senior management team with day-to-day operation responsibilities.Prior to joining Entegram, Dinesh was with HCL-Hewlett Packard, where he was heading the Resource Management Group for a large ODC. From 1989 to 1995, Dinesh was with CMC Ltd, a leading Systems Integration company where he was responsible for selling and managing large turnkey projects for the Mining and Energy sector. |
