Mrs. Ruiz is responsible for managing all of the Human Resources aspects of the company including; new hire orientation, recruiting, training, payroll, benefits, policies and procedures and event planning. Before joining Skyline, Mrs. Ruiz served as Social Catering Sales Manager at The Sonesta Hotel in Coconut Grove, FL. She was also the former Sales Manager at Robert Half International and Human Resources Manager at Pension Fund of America, both of Miami, FL. She holds a Masters Degree in International Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, Miami, FL and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from Florida International University. Mrs. Ruiz also maintains a Human Resources Certification. |
