Dina Boscardin began her career in Commercial Real Estate with Grubb and Ellis after Graduating from Arizona State University with Bachelors of Science Degrees in Marketing and Finance. Dina’s tenure at Grubb and Ellis involved representing significant landlord portfolios and substantial tenant transactions throughout the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area. At Grubb and Ellis, Dina was a member of the top producing team in the Southwest Region, managing over five million square feet of properties for owners such as Phelps Dodge and Crescent, while on the tenant side working representation projects such as the site selection for Intel’s Regional Headquarters in Chandler, Arizona. In 1995, Dina joined the Arizona office of Mohr Partners. Since becoming a member of the company, Dina has been an integral part of the Arizona operation’s growth and success. She has managed over forty million square feet of portfolio transactions locally and nationally while simultaneously managing the business operations. Dina focuses her time in developing cost containment strategies and leveraging her clients portfolios to consistently provide quantifiable value added savings to her clients. Her background in representing owners has proven insightful when negotiating for clients on projects such as corporate headquarters relocations, traditional lease negotiations, build-to-suits, sale/leasebacks, dispositions, lease document review, operating expense reconciliation, and regional facility consolidations. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., Inter-Tel Technologies, Pinkerton Security and Investigation, SECOR International, Metro One Telecommunications, David Evans and Associates, Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, and Dain Rauscher. Dina is an active leader within the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) by serving as a Co-Chair of the Leadership committee as well as being involved in the Marketing and Education/Research committees. Additionally, Dina has been an active member of the Valley with service activities including events such as restoration of housing in lower income communities, recruiting for United Blood Services Blood Drive, and raising funds for both Childhelp USA and Court Appointed Special Advocates. Dina continues her contributions back to the community by providing assistance for Chrysalis, a domestic violence shelter for women and children. |
