Digant has more than 12 years of operational management experience in the IT industry. He setup the offshore operations in India and is now responsible for the company’s India Development Center overseeing outsourcing project delivery, business development, strategic alliances and operations. Previously, he held the role of Sales Director for North America with P&L responsibility for all service lines. Digant realized early on that the company needed a winning team and an outsourcing center to continue Company’s rapid growth.
