When he founded noHold in 1999, Diego envisioned a company that would create a fundamental shift in the way businesses interact with their customers on the Web. Today, those companies can use noHold Instant Support for significant reductions in technical and customer support costs while developing stronger customer loyalty. In essence, it’s a 'one-two' punch affecting the bottom line.
Before founding noHold, Diego was CEO of Stefra Corporation, developing video mail and video conferencing software. He also spent six years as vice president of engineering at IPT, a Palo Alto-based company specializing in custom design engineering. Diego holds a BS in computer science from the University of Maryland. |
