Didier L. Lanson joined Immucor in 2003. Previously, he acted as an outside Director on Immucor's Board of Directors since October 1989. Previous to joining Immucor, he acted as a consultant for biotech and software companies. Between November 1999 and April 2002, he served as CEO of a start up company, GenOdyssee S.A., a functional genomic company. From September 1992 until March 1999, he first served as Vice President, Europe and then Vice President Global Operations and International Affairs of SyStemix Inc., a Novartis Company. SyStemix was a company developing therapeutic products for diseases of the blood and immune system. He was a Director and the President and CEO of Diagnostics Transfusion ("DT"), a French corporation, which develops, manufactures and distributes reagent products from 1987 until April 1991. |
