Dianna’s responsibilities include: Preparing trademark documents for attorney review prior to filing with State offices and the United States Patent and Trademark Office Preparing communications with foreign counsel for trademark clearance, registration, maintenance, due diligence and ownership transfers Corresponding with clients regarding general trademark inquiries and deadlines Performing worldwide trademark searching at attorney and client request Prior to joining Faegre & Benson, Dianna was an in-house paralegal at a medical device company, working in the Intellectual Property group. Dianna is a member of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association (SIPLA), Student Bar Association (SBA), Minnesota Paralegal Association (MPA) and International Trademark Association (INTA).
