Diane is director of finance at BusinessEdge Solutions. Diane has overseen and directed all aspects of the company’s financial and accounting reporting since the inception of the company in 1999. Diane was formerly the director of finance for the U.S. division of a large multi-national consulting firm responsible for more than $400 million in revenue. Prior to this, Diane was the accounting and billing manager for TRECOM Business Systems, a New Jersey based systems integration and consulting firm. Diane began her accounting and financial career as a staff and senior auditor for Price Waterhouse out of their NJ practice group. Diane earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, New Jersey. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey. |
