Diane Dayhoff joined The Home Depot in May 2003 and serves as senior vice president of Investor Relations. She is The Home Depot's primary point of contact with the investment community and is responsible for the Company's relationships with institutional and retail investors as well as financial analysts. She is in charge of educating the financial community about the Company's strategic direction business model and corporate performance to ensure that the Company's shares are fairly and accurately valued in the market and to attract new shareholders. Communication vehicles for which she is responsible include the Company's annual report quarterly earnings releases and conference calls the annual Investor and Analyst Conference broker conferences investor relations Web site and investor meetings and telephone requests.
Prior to joining The Home Depot Diane held various positions at Continental Airlines the most recent being staff vice president Finance. Prior to this position Diane held positions across a variety of functional areas including operations marketing treasury and financial planning. Prior to Continental Airlines Diane was chief financial officer of Birraporitti's Restaurant Inc a privately held multistate restaurant chain.
Diane is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) an organization for investor relations professionals and serves on the board of directors of the Atlanta chapter. Diane graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University. |
