Diane R. Hislop is a registered nurse executive with more than 20 years of business and clinical management experience, program development experience, and clinical operations experience with proprietary and nonprofit organizations. As a nurse specialist in the firm’s health law practice, she assists clients with post-regulatory survey work such as appeal, IDR and litigation preparation; conducting compliance audits; conducting billing and documentation audits; developing risk management tools, policy and procedure manuals and completing clinical operations and due diligence reviews.
