Ms. Reynolds is a partner in the Columbus office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. She received her law degree from Capital University School of Law, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University. Ms. Reynolds practices in the Business and Finance Department where she focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and leveraged buy-outs, corporate finance, and general corporate law. Her practice has included a broad and varied representation of public and private corporations and financial investment firms in a variety of industries. She also has extensive experience in structured finance. Prior to joining the firm, she was engaged in a diverse corporate practice with two Fortune 500 corporations.
