Diane C. Moberg, Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance, is a Certified Public Accountant and has spent 24 years in accounting and government contract compliance. Most recently, she held the position of Vice President, Risk Management at Essex Corporation, a public company supporting National Security Intelligence Community programs, where she was responsible for maintaining government contract compliance and the company's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program.
