Diana Bourke heads ISS' Global Voting and Transaction Services business unit composed of Architecture and Application Development, Technology and Operations Processing, Client Relations, and Quality Assurance and Production Control Group. Prior to joining ISS, Bourke served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer for the CIGNA Health Services Division. In addition to CIGNA, she has been a highly respected senior executive at leading organizations such as Dun & Bradstreet and ACNielsen where she managed client relations, processing centers, data centers, telecommunications, and applications development organizations. During her career, she has held leadership positions in Operations and Client Services as well as serving as CIO and President/CEO for several companies. Diana is a 1976 Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Notre Dame and currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Trudeau Institute. |
