Thomas (Tom) Devlin is Vice President, Asia Pacific of ABS Consulting. Tom's background includes more than 30 years in the oil and gas industry. He joined ABS Consulting in 2003 from Lloyd's Register, where he served as Regional Business Manager Oil and Gas Asia.
Tom's experience has encompassed the management of services provided to major oil companies throughout the life cycle of their assets from concept design to completion. His expertise includes a thorough knowledge of the requirements of the oil and gas industry with particular emphasis on deregulation.
As Vice President of Asia Pacific operations, he oversees the performance of the Asia Pacific operations including operations in China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and India. |
