For more than 15 years, Derrick has worked in developing sales management programs that are customized to changing markets. For the past six years, he has focused on organizations that are redeveloping and redeploying their sales efforts or changing strategic directions in order to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Derrick is the point-person for Earth 911 industry-specific coalitions. He has been the catalyst on the Used Motor Oil Coalition (UMOC) which is a partnership between oil companies, collectors, industry associations, retailers, The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Earth 911 to promote reclamation of the millions of gallons of used motor oil that goes uncollected from do-it-yourself oil changers each year. |
