Derrick R. Armstrong has served as the Company's corporate secretary since 1992. He also served as a director of the Company from 1992 to December 2006. Mr. Armstrong is a lawyer and partner with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, Barristers & Solicitors, practicing primarily in securities and corporate commercial law.
