Prior to joining NuView in 2001, Derek Benoit worked in numerous industries ranging from sales to communications. His interest in technology began at a young age and eventually led him to the Support role. He began his career at NuView as a Support Rep just as version 2.3 was being released. He worked his way up to Support Manager as he finished his education. He was recently promoted to Director of Support Services where he will oversee both the support and training departments.
Derek graduated from Tufts University with a BS in Engineering Psychology. He and his team of Support Representatives and Support Technicians handle all incoming support issues on a daily basis. He has rolled out a series of initiatives in the past year and continues to fine-tune the support process as it relates to clients and internal departments alike.
Derek keeps busy outside of work with home improvement projects and his love for the outdoors. |
