BACKGROUND: Steve was born January 6, 1959. He grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and attended the University of Florida, graduating with high honors in 1980. That same year he attended the University of Florida Law School, graduating third in his class in 1983. Steve is a real estate attorney who has extensive experience in real estate law. He represents developers, institutional lenders and borrowers, commercial landlords and tenants, real estate investment trusts and title insurance companies. Steve is listed in the publication.
