In addition to his position as executive vice president of operations and administration of Raymond James & Associates, Inc., member New York Stock Exchange/SIPC, Dennis Zank holds several positions within the firm, its affiliates and the parent company.
Mr. Zank is an active board member and director of Raymond James & Associates and a director of its parent company, Raymond James Financial, Inc. (RJF-NYSE). Likewise, he is a director and treasurer of the firm's insurance subsidiary, Planning Corporation of America, and its affiliated broker/dealer, Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., member NASD/SIPC; as well as director and vice president of Raymond James Credit Corporation. Raymond James & Associates and Raymond James Financial Services are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Raymond James Financial.
In 1978, Mr. Zank joined Raymond James' Accounting Department and became the controller in 1982. He was appointed treasurer in 1985 and was promoted to senior vice president in 1986, assuming most of his present duties.
Mr. Zank was promoted to his current position in 1992, where he continues to oversee securities and customer operations, client services, information technology, office services, human resources, financial and regulatory reporting, and international operations. |
