He has also been a speaker at national meetings of CASE, NSFRE, American Symphony Orchestra League, United Cerebral Palsy National Conference, West Virginia Foundation for Independent College's Annual Meeting (President, Trustees, and Corporate Executives), and the National Association for the Deaf's Bi-Annual Meeting in Indianapolis. Dennis was chosen as an Outstanding Fundraising Executive by the Western Pennsylvania Chapter National Society of Fundraising Executives and was a recipient of the Alderson-Broaddus College Alumnus of the Year award.
