As managing director of Forrester Research's Marketing and Strategy Client Group Dennis is responsible for overseeing the global strategy and day-to-day operations of Forrester's offerings for marketing and strategy professionals. Under Dennis' direction Forrester helps make marketing and strategy professionals worldwide more successful through insights into changing consumer behavior forward-looking research and analysis objective advice and executive exchange programs. A veteran marketer and executive Dennis has held leadership roles in the US and Europe during his seven-year tenure at Forrester. He has been a member of Forrester's Executive Team since 2006.
Dennis also serves as Forrester's chief Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) officer. Based in Amsterdam he oversees Forrester's offerings for clients in the region and the company's day-to-day operations in EMEA. He was previously president of EMEA responsible for the company's business and research centers in that region.
Before Dennis was the vice president of marketing for the Americas operating group based at Forrester's headquarters in Cambridge Mass. In this role he redesigned and strengthened the lead management process oversaw Events and drove sales through successful marketing programs for the region. Dennis joined Forrester in 2000 as director of marketing in the company's Amsterdam office managing all aspects of the European marketing strategy as well as the European Events business.
Before joining Forrester Dennis worked in the marketing and public relations divisions of Nissan Europe for 10 years where he was a senior manager involved in pan-European launch activities product planning and product life-cycle management. Earlier he was a marketing officer at Royal Philips Electronics in the Netherlands.
Dennis is a regular speaker at Forrester events and meets with marketing and strategy clients about the company's offerings. Dennis is a chartered marketer from the British Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and holds a postgraduate diploma in marketing from CIM. |
