Dennis Taibl's responsibility is to staff, monitor, coach and motivate the sales team for Systemation. He makes sure the company is achieving sales goals by helping each individual employee set their own personal goals for the year and then helps each to achieve them through ongoing strategy and development. He's a fabulous coach and mentor for the entire team. Dennis plays a very specific role in the corporate culture. He's very much the "confidence man" among the team. Once he is on board with an idea or plan, he's determined to make it succeed. He plots the course and then says "let's just do it." The thought of something not working out is not even on his radar screen!
