Dennis is a principal with the Los Angeles office of Milliman. He has been with the firm since 1972 (except for one year - 1978-1979 - spent with a major accounting firm).

Dennis's area of expertise is defined benefit pension plans, including plan design and installation, cost and benefit projections, and ongoing administration and valuation. Dennis' clients include corporations, multi-employer plans, and nonprofit organizations.
Dennis, a graduate of the University of California at Davis (B.S. Mathematics), is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA.
