Mr. Falk has served as Senior Vice President - Commercial Banking of the Bank since April 2006. Prior to that Mr. Falk served as Senior Vice President for SunTrust Bank and was employed by SunTrust (and its predecessor bank in the MidAtlantic region, Crestar Bank) for fourteen years.
