Dennis Dolan brought more than twenty years of financial and strategic management experience to Best Friends Pet Care when he joined its Board of Directors in June, 2001. Dennis was named Company President in October of 2001 and, in 2002, succeeded Tom Martin as CEO. Dolan's extensive resume of financial management, including a strong track record of shareholder value improvement, investor relations management, merger and acquisition planning and execution, banking relations, property lease administration and financial systems development perfectly suits the Company as it prepares for its next stage of growth and industry consolidation. Prior business experience includes 15 years service with Air Express International, Darien, CT, a $1.5B international freight forwarding and logistics company, ending as the company's Executive Vice President & CFO. Additionally, he served e-Media, Inc., Stamford, CT, a digital media services company, as Senior Vice President and CFO. Prior posts include financial management roles with Transervice Lease Corporation, Lake Success, NY and Brink's Incorporated, Darien, CT. Mr. Dolan received his BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
